Jim Mureithi,  25, said he had consistently craved for an opportunity to serve in any cadre of the armed forces during the past four years under whatever capacity regardless of remunerations.
“I chose bodaboda operations as a stop gap measure as I await the fulfillment of my calling which is service to the nation through defense forces,” he said when he visited KNA offices in Embu town.
On board his bodaboda bike fully decorated with slogans depicting his passion, Mureithi who is a form four drop out at St Luke’s Secondary School in Embu said he resolved to reach out to President Uhuru Kenyatta as Commander-in-chief of the armed forces as the last resort.
“I have even attempted to be enlisted with the British Army on-line without success,” he disclosed adding that he will not rest until his passion is fulfilled.
